Affiliated Educational Associations

LIX is affiliated with 3 educational associations:

    Agence pour l’Enseignement Français à l’Étranger (AEFE)

    AEFE, which was established in 1990, has 402 affiliated schools in its network.
    It is the main association of French schools outside of France and
    its primary purpose is to educate French expatriates.

    Mission Laïque Française (MLF)

    MLF, an organization for French schools located outside of France which was founded in 1902,
    has 109 affiliated schools in its network. It fits well with the profile of our students
    because it focuses on the culture of the country where the school is located.

    Daniélou

    The primary association for LIX is the affiliated network of schools of Daniélou, all of which are run by
    the Saint François-Xavier community. This network of schools was the source of inspiration for the birth of LIX.
    At present, the Daniélou network has 7 schools in three countries: France, Ivory Coast and South Korea.
    Each school has its own characteristics depending on its location.
    Some of these schools were established a long time ago.
  • Sainte-Marie
    à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92)

    This school, founded by Madeleine Daniélou in 1913, is
    the original school of the Daniélou network.
    It has 1300 students from primary school to
    classes préparatoires littéraires.
  • Charles-Péguy
    à Bobigny (93)

    This school was founded in 1936 in an underprivileged suburb. It currently has 750 students
    from primary school to high school.
  • Le Centre
    Madeleine Daniélou
    à Rueil-Malmaison (92)

    This school, established in 1938 in Paris and relocated to Rueil-Malmaison (92) in 1970, has 1400 students from middle school to classes préparatoires littéraires et commerciales.
  • Charles-Péguy à Paris (XI)

    This school was founded in 1941.
    It has primary, middle and high schools and also has préparation au BTS Commerce international.
  • Sainte-Marie in Abidjan,
    Ivory Coast

    This school was created in 1962 by the Saint François-Xavier community at the request of the government of Ivory Coast.
    It is a public high school for girls.
  • Le Groupe Scolaire
    Madeleine-Daniélou
    in Bingerville, Ivory Coast

    This school, which was founded in September 2020
    in Bingerville, a suburb of Abidjan in Ivory Coast,
    educates students from kindergarten to high school.
  • Lycée International Xavier

    This school was created in March 2002 in Seoul, South Korea. It educates students from preschool to high school.
